2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights for the content, design, and code on this website are owned by VIREVA. Upon full payment for services, client-specific deliverables are transferred to the client as per the service agreement.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, VIREVA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is strictly limited to the professional fees paid.

4. Payment, Licensing & Refunds

Services are billed via one-time infrastructure setup invoices and recurring monthly software licensing agreements (SaaS), as detailed in the client contract. We offer a conditional 100% Money-Back Guarantee on specific "Authority System" builds, subject to the terms detailed in the individual service agreement. All monthly licensing fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international business laws applicable to digital agencies.
